This review is dedicated to the big, loud guy who was 10 seats over from me. This movie really through me for a loop so I’m glad you were there to explain what I was seeing in every single scene. I don’t know how I ever watched and understood movies before you came along to explain them to me. Also, contrary to the opinion of a certain unnamed film critic, this film has no connection with the works of Béla Tarr. You see, Werckmeister Harmonies is about long, uninterrupted takes whereas this film is all about reconstructing events from multiple security cameras. This film would probably be better if it was more like a Bela Tarr film, but that’s a whole other can of worms.

  1. Works well with its scares, and great deal of suspense. Almost better than the first, but yet, too rushed by the end. Nice post, check out my review when you can!
